It was also very easy to make. 1 2/3 cup oat bran. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 2 small or medium very ripe (organic) bananas, mashed. 2 large egg whites. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. In a medium bowl whisk together oat bran, protein powder, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon; set aside.
