WHAT IS BATTEN DISEASE. Autism Walk with Kara’s Voice. June 14, 2015. My new friend, Julie, has a daughter with Autism and is involved with the Autism Society of Colorado. Today was the WALK with Autism. And I took the kids for the 2.5 mile walk around Sloan’s Lake. We had a great, fun time. It was super cool to see Julie and meet Kara. And we bumped into Megan’s Place. And the Broncos Cheerleaders. Everyone, including Rachel (who was pushed), is exhausted and had a blast! Jun 15, 2015.
