Karate Shotokan Cantley is a non-profit organization whose mandate is to promote traditional Shotokan karate in a family atmosphere. Our goal is to make the practise of karate a family activity that is enriching for all. Karate Shotokan Cantley is a member of the Canadian Martial Arts Association (CMAA) and it holds a dojo charter from the International San Ten Karate Association. Association des Art Martiaux du Canada (AAMC).

Le cout mensuel est de 25$ par personne. Rabais familial: $10 de rabais pour le 2ieme membre d’une famille et $15 pour le 3ieme. Gratuit pour le 4ieme et plus (frère, sœur ou enfant seulement). Autres info et liens. Joel habite à Cantley depuis 2001 et pratique le karaté depuis plus de 30 ans. Il a commencé le karaté quand il avait 16 ans et a continué à pratiquer le plus possible depuis. Il a pratiqué le karaté avec plusieurs Sensei, dont Remy Girard (Sept-Iles), Jacques Petit (Montréal), Denis Beaudoin (Gatineau) , Sensei Saeki (Ottawa) et son instructeur actuel, Kyoshi Gilles Lavigne (Gatineau).
