Wednesday, May 30, 2012. The most amazing pan-fried potatoes. Last night I cooked the best pan-fried potatoes to go with our dinner, I just had to share the recipe with you. It's really simple and seriously tastes amazing, it was a massive hit in our house. Serves 4-6 as a side dish. 1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped. Peel the potatoes and cut into approximately 5cm cubes. Boil the potatoes in a large saucepan of water until just tender. Drain the potatoes. Tuesday, May 29, 2012. A man is not a financial plan.
