Karen and Steve's Wedding
Wow, wow, wow. Steve and I are still reeling from how wonderful, amazing, supportive, loving, generous, interesting, fantastic, and perfect all of our family and friends are. We had such a good time at the wedding - and despite total exhaustion talked way into the night on both Friday and Saturday night to share with each other all the great experiences we had at the wedding. We decided we are amazingly lucky to have so many great people in our lives.

Saturday, March 24, 2018. Follies 2018- 4th grade finale- Brandon. The 4th grade finale was awesome! The group only got to practice twice due to the snow days but they had a practice after school yesterday to finish learning their dance and they pulled it off. They danced to a Bruno Mars song. Follies was last night at Brandon and Wesley's school. Wesley was in it with a group of his friends and Brandon was in the 4th grade finale. They had many practices which were a lot of fun up to the big night.

What I’ve found is that it is not only the physical manifestations I despise, but the stark realization that the rest of the world moves on, without pause or concern, or, most painfully, me. In these miserable moments of fever and phlegm, it is perhaps easy to let your mind wander, wondering whether the work you do has any value, or whether you’re really as good as you think you are.
