Things have been pretty busy around here lately. Meredith turned 3, I'm coming to the end of my semester, and oh, I'm pregnant! Grandma Lolley and Grandma Jo Jo came. One southern girl's journey away from the deep fryer and into smaller clothes. Tuesday, August 27, 2013. So, this is happening. Some friends and I have started doing a 30 day plank challenge using the picture above as our regimen. As you see, day 30 is 5 minutes. HA! Yeah, we'll see about that. However, I'm super excited to say that I've already completed day two :). Having the support of friends and family is huge for me - my "Love Languages". 20 seconds today - 30 tomorrow - we'll see how it works out.
