The pain was necessary to know the truth. But we don’t have to keep the pain alive to keep the truth alive. The foundation of my practice is psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is also known as talk therapy, counseling, psychosocial therapy or, simply, therapy. However you wish to refer to it is fine by me.
