Wednesday, April 14, 2010. News from Hong Kong. I have finally got access. And found enough energy to be doing this after nine on Wednesday night. I know Paul (Dad) has sent a few emails but I am sure they are light on detail so hopefully I can fill you in on what we have been doing. Our flight was uneventful and I am sure you are now all aware that we are in Hong. Kong visiting friends at Crossroads International, an organisation that redistributes donated goods throughout Hong. Done too much eating out...

Friday, January 1, 2010. New Year's Eve - Ottley style and the first day of 2010. Everyone got up late this morning after such a late night. Rach and I cooked our hearts out this morning with a few gluten free disasters. Shame about the nice ingredients. But we did make a successful caramel slice with gluten free base. Think it is a bit crumbly but the topping is great. None for me - still chocolate free. And gluten free bread! Now Rach can have vegemite again. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Flight uneventful except I was upgraded to 1st class on the first leg of my journey - from Tulsa to LA. Very nice thankyou and I munched delicious treats all the way. Slept most of the journey from LA to Sydney which was not surprising since we left LA at 11.00pm which was 1.00am Tulsa time. It was so nice to see him since he had been so generous as to encourage me to have my lovely White Christmas with my lovely family in OK. Sadly we are heading to the funeral of Dave Kendal...
