The Golden Journey

Tuesday, August 14, 2012. Next week will be 2 months since I started eating healthy and excerising regular. And I am down 20 pounds since then. It is getting easier and easier the longer I do this. I find the time everyday to go jog. I have been doing 3 to 4 miles each day plus upper and lower body workouts. I find motavation and when I finish working out I feel so happy and glad I have done this . Seeing results and having more energy is worth it all. I'm really enjoying this journey and life change.
