November 20, 2013. As I was reflecting this morning, I couldn’t help but think about all of the challenges that I have encountered just in the last week. However, at the end of the day I was able to take a moment to “thank God”. Was I thanking him for the challenges, well of course not! Approaching my emotional wellness in the same fashion, while I still have not overcome every challenge, I can of course thank God that they have not overtaken me – I am an overcomer!
