Getting to know the food that keeps me going. Yesterday was a bit of a funky day. T and I had. Of a double-dose of cooking: a huge batch of taco meat for tacos, salads, and nachos for the next few days as well as a pot of tomato basil soup to use up the pile of tomatoes we’d acquired from our weekly CSA (local farm-share) and local gardens. But yesterday was a funky day. So T decided that all he wanted for dinner was a big batch of popcorn (a specialty of his family). 1 big onion – chopped. 1 cup 2% milk.
