Kinda have a lot to yap about this week. Maybe I will need to start doing smaller posts in the week instead of a long one once a week. Otherwise I will forget what I have done and it takes a while to do. Sunday was MY day! Well mine and my best mate Tracey! Went to Aberdeen with NO kids! WOW it was goooood.

Thursday, 24 February 2011. Well here we are, another week in and 2.5 lb lighter! That makes 9 pounds off in 3 weeks! I have been cooking from scratch almost every night. Had some lovely things, who would of thought cooking could be fun and taste nice without doing it the "Hairy Bikers" way and adding 3 tons of butter and cream.

Wednesday, 8 July 2015. Where do I start? We had such a fun time in our little campervan. We went away for 2 days and toured round the beautiful north west coast of Scotland and had the best time ever. Spent the weekend in Inverness as my hubby was taking part in the Loch Ness Etape cycling event. 66 miles round the shores of Loch Ness with a great big hill which climbs for 4.8 miles!
