We have no cars, only our little wheeled shopping carts to haul everything great distances on foot. NOT SO "HAPPY LIVING" IN LOS ALAMOS, NM. To the right is the hospital. We lived 4 blks. from here. This is the local radio station which we can get loud and clear from Vienna. Amazing! Mandatory evacuation took place yesterday afternoon. Some had no idea where they were going, but had to get off the Hill. Those with RVs headed for camp grounds in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. The ever growing water stain. What a nice bunch of guys! I wished I had baked some chocolate cookies for them! They all clopped through the apt. to the kitchen and began scrutinizing the water stained ceiling. They determined that they would probably have to break down the door of my upstairs neighbor. Before getting physical they checked several nearby apartments to see if anyone had keys to this apartment Bingo! Wien Privatklinik (a thirty minute bus ride from our apartment.).
