Tuesday, September 11, 2012. Eben officially started preschool today - the 3's class! It was the start of 3 solid years of preschool in fact, haha. He is an end of July baby, so he will be one of the oldest kids in his Kindergarten class, starting at 6 years old. Why did I put him in preschool when I could easily (and do) teach him at home? Simply because the kid needs to learn structure, discipline, and socialization from someone other than Mommy. It will be very good for him. Seriously LOVE this kid.

Wednesday, April 4, 2012. It will work.but with a babysitter involved in the process! Bode sticks out his tongue all the time now when he plays - love it! Notice both boys have their Sioux gear on (thanks to my cousin Ashley! It was right near the most recent big game.whatever it was, haha. If you know me, you know I am not much of a sports fan, but I definitely support my Sioux when I can! His face looks fat in this pic.but it's not. :). Don't worry, I scheduled his first haircut for tomorrow!

I recently posted about my feelings when I found out we were having our 3rd boy - click here. If you would like to read it. Well, late last night I received a comment from an "anonymous" individual on that blog post which read:. Was I really that wrong in writing honestly about how I feel? Wanted this baby and I have always. Loved this baby and will always. Or at least telling them to not talk.

Thursday, March 22, 2012. Bode - One Year Old Post. PS today is probably the worst day for me to do this as Bode has been sick and driving me crazy with his crankiness the past couple of days, haha. Size: Surprising stats for little Bode: Height - 28 inches (46%); Weight - 17.6 lbs (9%); Head - (83%). Sleep: I am writing this on a great week. Though last week he was sick and waking up a couple more times a night, the last four days he has slept from 7pm to 8:15am-ish with one feeding in between somewhere! Other: I just love having two little boys.

Tuesday, July 26, 2011. My mom is in town for 10 days! It's been incredibly hot, but we have made the best of it. We went to a lake, Independence Lake, which reminds me so much of Minnesota. This place is great - it has a beach, super warm water, an awesome splash park and a large playground. The lake is my favorite part though.and I think it's the boys' favorite part too.
