They are very popular here. This is the first one being modeled by some tired ninjas. Tough fabric with quite a close weave (but nice and soft for a bed! Non-fraying stuff is good if you do not want to sew hems. Fixings and tools and bits and bobs. Pin the pattern to the fabric and cut round. Pierce a hole in the fabric.

Äiti fell in love with the sphynx character, and had bad kitten fever: she saw him online and melted. He is very snuggly and playful, but extremely bonded to humans rather than the furrier members of perheeni. This will change as his confidence grows. And he is very athletic, and stylish in a nekkid sort of way! Unbelievably...

He was about two years old and had spent the winter in a cottage on his own in Vihanti which is about 60km from where we live. He is very friendly to Äiti and easy going with the rest of us.
