I think it was a good tool to keep everyone updated while I was in India, but I can't really promise my life in America is going to be as interesting. I did want to write one little update about how my re-entry has been, mostly because I feel like God has been so gracious through all of it. What role does He play in the daily details of my life? What is there to complain about? And, I'm in the same country as my family!

I am a firm believer in this statement, and I have come to see this is my "solution" toward the problem of poverty in Kolkata. Doing what I can with where I am right now. Here are a few pictures from the local Christmas Bazaar we went to:. Our set up for the day. A look inside the basket full of cards the kids made. A few of the cards. Most of the kids in this picture are involved in the project.

Monday, January 24, 2011. Two new girls had just arrived in the city for the holidays, and we were enjoying just having new company and other Americans around. We headed to a friend's flat, and I consumed my share of ritz crackers dipped in white chocolate, spinach dip(! Here are some videos and a picture we took that night.
