Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Life provides you with many opportunities to experience and view and even be a part of many different types of prejudice. While I personally have not been a subject of prejudice very often, I have been noticing more and more incidents with intolerance happening around me. I think that this is because I recently finished reading the book. To Kill A Mockingbird. Which has a main focus of prejudice. Is it really a persons fault that they can't afford to wear the "in" clothes?

Monday, December 23, 2013. Must be Santa and a Chicken Pot Pie. If you know me at all, you know I LOVE Christmas! I loved these traditions. It was always such a magical time of year. We would bake cookies with Mom in the kitchen and wear aprons that were too big for us and make a huge mess.
