My Name is Cody Becker, and this is my journey. Here is one of the few recipes that I had tried this month for my month with no meat. I got this recipe for the stuffed mushrooms vegetariantimes.com. Vegetarian or not, this site has some awesome recipes. When I decided to go without meat for a month I knew, I knew that stuffed mushrooms were a must for me. Also I wanted a good soup (recipe coming soon for that one). Total Fat: 27 g. Saturated Fat: 10 g. Cup extra virgin olive oil. 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar.

My mom used to make a pan just for me in High School and I'd eat the whole thing! Melt 1/3 c of butter or margarine in a 9x13 glass pan. Pour batter in. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. When it comes out it will be all "puffed up" hence the name. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Cancer Project Recipe. Enjoy these yummy recipes! View my complete profile.
