I have however facilitated a number of Laughter Yoga sessions for Stormhaven Retirement Village and Hospice. I have held Pranayama workshops for the Somerset West Depression and Anxiety group and I fill in for Yoga teachers who are away or ill. I am blessed to have the knowledge to be able to keep up with my own regular Yoga practice.

Thai Sabai has become so popular for its wonderful massages that we have no longer been able to practise our Yoga classes there. This coincided with a heavy rehearsal schedule for one of my other passions.amateur theatre. Romeo and Juliet ran for 12 fabulous shows at Lourensford and a further 5 magical shows at Artscape, finishing off this weekend. See the following short video for a quick evening sequence.
