http://lilacgrove.blogspot.com/2007/06/busy-days-and-model-mother.html
Thursday, June 21, 2007. Busy days and a model mother. This past week has been pretty busy at our house. We've all had to be places one day or another, and it's been my job a few hours most of them to try to keep order in the house. I have had a good chance to see my housekeeping shortcomings! Mom, you have a big job! Anyway, I've happily still managed to ride Charise again, have fun cooking in the kitchen while Mom is gone and testing my improvising skills (fun! Tomorrow I work until two, and then it's ...

http://lilacgrove.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 1, 2007. It's been a while. things get busy here around midterm time. ;) Fortunately, I'm done with midterms until Monday, and then I will be done with them until April! So I thought I could finally take time to write something again. I was inspired the other day by a friend to look up verses about love, what love is and what it looks like. Here are some I found. John 15:13: "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down his life for his friends.". For the Lord preserves the faithfu...

A view from here. Meditations and musings of a wife and mother striving daily for a Godward life. Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Just look at this gorgeous creation. Yes, my beautiful daughter too. :) This enormous creature just came into our lives yesterday and I don't think I can begin to say what a blessing he is. How God can so intimately know me and care. How much more His love and grace? 160;His sacrifice at the cross? 160;I am speechless. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). My favorite blogs and websites.

A view from here. Meditations and musings of a wife and mother striving daily for a Godward life. Tuesday, November 18, 2008. I'm not here to comment on any particular thing going on in my life. I've pretty much kept you all up to date on life's comings and goings around here lately. I don't have anything profound to say about those things you already know, either; no great commentary on my life. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). My favorite blogs and websites. A view from here. Meditations and musings of a wife and mother striving daily for a Godward life. Monday, March 31, 2008. I made granola today. It's wonderful! 160;I'm not actually all that fond of granola; mostly I made it because I thought it sounded fun to make. But then I snitched and oh! 160;I'll give you the recipe, but if you try it, you must PROMISE to use the exact ingredients here - each one is very important to the deliciousness of this recipe. Give it a try - you will love it! Spray two larg...

The Corridor: Mark 13
http://corridorchurch.blogspot.com/2009/04/mark-13.html
We are a church community committed to having an incarnational presence in the Washington/Baltimore Corridor. Tuesday, April 07, 2009. Mark warns about those who claim to be the messiah or perhaps Jesus himself in order to recruit those to join in the revolution and engage in war. Mark’s warning about those claiming to be Jesus and leading believers astray provides yet another reason why he may have felt a written, permanent account of Jesus was needed to preserve what was true about Jesus. Long-deferred...

We are a church community committed to having an incarnational presence in the Washington/Baltimore Corridor. Tuesday, January 30, 2007. Don’t tell Jesus but we are skipping our Friday night gathering this week and instead getting together on Sunday night for the Super Bowl! Everyone is invited to the Diggs’ at 6:00pm on Sunday, February 4th. Even though we are not having a church meeting, stylish beards are still preferred. I think I have the most stylish, but then again I am the Pastor. ;). Fun with th...
