They might be to eat healthier, exercise more, save money, travel, lose weight, gain weight, finish a project, etc, etc, etc. These can all be great things, but I think there is something more important. This is my New Year’s resolution. If you are like me, and this is something you need to work on, I encourage you to make it one of yours as well.
