We were lucky enough to spend Charlie's 1st Christmas with him. We even had snow on Christmas morning! Charlie's Favorite Aunt and Uncle. The Atlanta Ward Family in the snow. Because winter time is so hard to stay motivated to work out and eat healthy I've made a few changes to my typical workout and eating routine. Here are just a few of the highlights. A couple of ladies at my work and myself run a 3.5 mile loop during lunch on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I bring my lunch to work most days. Aside from saving money, I also eat a lot better.
