Close to the river in pure nature. Another real Gambian experience. Our lodge is in Kubuneh, a typical small African Bush Village behind Lamin Village, a half hour drive from the coast. You are welcome to our new restaurant (for African and Western dish) or to relax for short or longer stay in our lodge and the pure nature around, 5 minutes’ walk from a delta of the river Gambia. With our own electric and petrol driven 8 person boat we can arrange nature, bird watch and fishing trips.

From Banjul Airport it’s only 20 minutes drive to our lodge in Kubuneh. Are you passing through to Senegal or do you have to stay for a transfer? Join us and experience the quiet. From Serekunda it’s 25 minutes drive over Brikama Highway. Take the junction Lamin / Mandinari. After 10 kilometres right next to the water tower you take Kubuneh Highway. Bushroad, be careful! On 5 minutes walk there is a side-delta of the River Gambia surrounded by pure nature.

When you are in our lodge it is a must to go round in our developing village to see the school and clinic. Too hot to walk?
