Thursday, March 27, 2008. Ayam yang siap di potong. 3 batang serai di titik. 4 inci halia di tumbuk. Ayam dibersihkan kemudian lumurkan sedikit garam dan susun dalam pan yang ada penutup. Aturkan halia dan serai yang telah diketuk di atas ayam. Tuangkan setin coke ke atas ayam tadi. Nyalakan api gas sederhana kecil. Sekali sekala kautkan air coke dan simbah ke atas ayam. A pinch of salt- or acc to taste. 250 gm cooked beef (sliced). 250 gm squids (cut into rings). 250 gm prawns (remove shells). 2-3 pcs fish cake (sliced). Celery and spring onions (chopped).

Thursday, March 27, 2008. 4-5 biji cili kering. 2 ulas bawang putih. 1 labu bawang besar. 1 biji tomato-potong dadu. 1/2 cawan sos tomato. 1 tin kecil tomato puree. 1 sudu besar lada kisar. Bersih ayam. Potong kecil-kecil dan gaul dengan garam kunyit. Goreng sehingga 2/3 masak. Tumis bahan kisar kecuali sos tomato, tomato puree, lada kisar dan tomato sehingga naik bau.
