The weather has been calling for thunderstorms all day, but hubby and I did manage to get a walk in! We saw some pretty wild flowers while we were out walking. Monday, 16 January 2012. Boston Build Up - Week 7. This was a much better week in terms of running conditions. This allowed me to increase the intensity a little on my mid week runs, I was quite surprised how hard i was feeling like i was pushing myself to have to maintain the target HR's id set myself for these runs. Monday, June 6, 2011. I was told it is a stress fracture waiting to happen. The sports doc gave me permission to run the race, but only train with zero pain until then. That left me opting for the elliptical most days and missing out on the planned tempo runs, speed workouts and even easy runs. My weekly plan of 30 miles quickly turned to 16. YIkes!
