Kat and Luke's Blog. From India to Portugal to England to the USA and more. Here are our adventures! Sunday, 9 September 2007. Last night (September 8) the team returned to their Euro 2008 qualifying run in a must-win match against Israel. With brilliant goals by Owen, Wright-Phillips and Richards it was quite a goal scoring spectacle by England. Final score, England 3 - Israel 0. A few videos of my favorite players below. Kat and Luke's Blog. From India to Portugal to England to the USA and more. Here are our adventures! Sunday, 13 May 2007. We just returned from the Sunday morning buffet brunch at our hotel. There were two fun highlights of brunch (who would think brunch would have highlights! First, as we walked into the restaurant, I saw my friends Brij and Lynn - two very good friends from Cairo! The second highlight was Luke got to have a full English breakfast, complete with bacon. He was very excited!

As Philip (the driver) and I were driving back into the Madh Island area from Malad, I started to notice just how many signs there were along the side of the road advertising shooting facilities. Another planning application is through and Westfield farm can now have lights on the manège. So until I can find a spare 5 minutes, two of the floods are up on the side of the old barn. So just when we thought we were settled for a little while, our landlord went and put our flat in Odiham up for sale. 8 weeks later and we are in the process of moving four houses, and two miles, up the road. It's not just me that's back to work, Bea and the boys have ended their winter holidays and is time to start working off their grass bellies! Bea did a wonderful impression of a rodeo horse when I first got back on board, but after a week of hacking, she is back to work. I think having two months off could have done her good. Has 14 months off done me any good? And now the yard.

A weeks holiday on the farm, that's what I thought, just a wee job, pop the lighting round the arena. Very luckily Dom also booked the same time off and we set off digging holes, running cables and moving the columns around. So give two blokes a tractor and 6m lighting columns to move and there starts a plan. Two trailers and some string:. An easy holiday, lighting.

So I've had the latest PET scan and blood test results back this afternoon and it's all good news. Unbeknown to me, I still have a small plumb sized lump where the huge cancerous grapefruit was, but it's all dead and getting smaller. On Tuesday evening we jetted out to Annecy for a quick rest from all the recent trials and tribulations. The Tour de France caravan was coming to town for Stage 18 - the 40km individual time trial round the lake. Having checked the availability of space on the local campsites, we had bought flights, hired cars, etc then found that the campsites were fully booked!
