What's Cookin'? A Shanghai community of aspiring chefs and food-lovers. March 16, 2015. 4 Fresh Salmon Filets. 3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard. 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill. Preheat oven to 180 C. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix together Mayonaise, dijon and dill in a small bowl. Lay salmon on the baking sheet and season both sides with salt and pepper. Next brush both sides of the salmon with half of the marinade. Serve with a salad and rice or potatoes for a healthy, quick weeknight dinner.
