A house full of boys, and Me. Kate, Mike ,Jackson, and Cooper. Wednesday, March 18, 2015. I broke my ankle at a young womans activity up at the Ogden Ice Sheet. I broke it in two places. I ended up having to have surgery to repair it. I wore a soft cast for two weeks and a hard cast for 4 weeks. It was incredibly painful and no fun, but I learned so much about the love that a community has for a family in need. Our community certainly took care of our little family. Tuesday, July 7, 2015. It's wondrous how I can go from feeling so bleak, to feeling well in a short amount of time. By last Friday, I had spent 7 days feeling beat-down. It is discouraging. And it makes it really difficult to find any good in the world. Saturday, though, I woke up feeling well. It was Independence Day. I talked Heather in to going to Grantsville. Wednesday, June 17, 2015. I had been told, and was fully anticipating that Sunday would be my "bad" day. By no means, was it a picnic. But I was able to eat, and function. Grummy faces when its time to go home from swimming! One of our favorite places to go and paddle board is Lost Creek. Its tucked away in the mountains.
