Get me outta here! Getting While the Getting’s Good. July 7, 2015. I wrote another tuition check today. I picked up a transcript too. 81 credit hours. All I see are dollar signs. My dissertation proposal remains a twinkle in its mother’s eye. The image of the filled check and the blank page rumble around in my brain together. It is, to be obtuse, rather uncomfortable.
