Enough? – Broken to Heal
https://kategrblog.wordpress.com/2016/04/13/enough/comment-page-1
Breathing through those in between times. April 13, 2016. Good morning, friends! I have been struggling to get myself back on here. So many little exciting things are happening these days, and of course I would love to share those with you. As tempting as it is to go the positive route today, if I am being honest, that is not where my heart lies. As the days draw closer, my excitement and eagerness to share, is shifting into paralyzing fear. All the what ifs come creeping in and I start doubting myse...

Breathing through those in between times. The tug on my heart. April 8, 2016. Well, hello there! Welcome to my new blog. I confess, I do not even know what to say, or where to begin. I’ve tried the whole blog thing once before, but upon re-reading my posts a few years later, I was horrified. Why did I possibly post such personal things on the internet? The answer to that question is yes, but let’s be honest.I still am). One thought on “ The tug on my heart. April 8, 2016 at 1:37 pm. You are commenting us...

Breathing through those in between times. 8220;The best is yet to come”. April 20, 2016. Anniversaries can be bittersweet. For me, I have many. The day this happened, or that happened. I remember almost all of them, even the most seemingly insignificant. Looking back can be painful. Didn’t I know better? STOP The past is the past. Let it go. How can I brave up and show up for the people in my life? These are the things I can focus on. I was so afraid of failing, but perhaps even more afraid of what it me...

Thursday, 18 June 2015. In April we sneaked off for a few days. Man, it seemed like forever since we'd had a 'proper' holiday. A 'get on a plane' type of holiday. Our littlest little person had never been abroad before and our biggest little person couldn't remember that he ever had, so the excitement levels when we told them we were going in just 4 days were immense! It went something like this. Six (way too short days) in Nerja taught me a few things -. Sometimes, just being.

Traveling helps me see the inside from the outside. I'm so grateful that I can travel and meet generous, gentle people. Thanks, Virginia. Links to this post. Monday, February 23, 2015. Poem for a biker on I-84. To the Man Riding a Bike on the Highway at Night. I barely see you ride beside the cars.

I'd Rather Be Reading
I'd Rather Be Reading. Growing old and growing up in paradise.). Saturday, November 20, 2010. So I went to Bouchercon and had a great time! I’d been thinking that I wasn’t really a part of the book world anymore – that I’d feel out-of-place. My pal Lita assured me I wouldn’t feel that, wouldn’t. That, and that I should just have fun. So we did. Some thoughts and memories:. So…Bouchercon…that’s how it’s going to be, eh? I would be a total tramp if I was a girl in high school! The Killer Inside Me. By Mich...
