Better than a Jiffy mix. Mongolian Beef and Broccoli. Like all good things in life, this starts with fresh garlic and ginger. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a saucepan, and sauté 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp of minced ginger until golden. (Remember how I’m not allowed to foil my drip pans? Yeah, feel bad for me.)
