Thursday, June 25, 2009. As my faithful readers know, I signed up for SoFoMoBo. With the full intention of completing a photo book of 30 images in just 31 days. Well, I'm just 6 days to the end of my "month" and I have 15 images that I just absolutely LOVE and 15 images that I haven't even seen, yet. So, what to do? Labels: black and white. Friday, February 27, 2009. Trees in the Wind. It's funny to look back at my photography just 7 or so years (postcards) and to see how different I see things now (abstract? It seems the less discernible things in the photograph, the more I "see" in it. I was enjoying the backyard in this very windy, yet warm, winter day with my dogs and my daughter. Sunday, January 2, 2011. Hello my Faithful Followers. It's been a while, I know. I've been doing some soul searching recently on what it is I really want to see and do with my photography. This, of course, causes me to really look at myself and what type of person I really am. And that is kind of scary! Things I've noticed about myself, by looking at my uncompleted past projects. I get bored easily with long term projects. I work well under pressure, which is good since. I need to write things down.

Monday, February 15, 2010. Week 4 - Holga (CotW). So, the selection of the week was from the roll of Ilford 3200 that was completely shot in the back yard during the snow. The Week 5 CotW is the Pinhole Blender Mini 120. Since I have been literally snowed in for much of the week (and I could not stand to take any more pictures of snowy trees), I have extended it through this week. Sunday, July 12, 2009. And So It Goes. I am still working steadily on the book, "Impressions through a Pinhole". I've also installed BookSmart. Where I'll be publishing the book. I've started playing with the layout of the images and have found that many fit so well as a double page spread.
