Wouldn't it be useful if your CRM system was able to leverage customers' digital ID via mobile? Does this represent an erosion of an individual's privacy? On the first day at SxSW in Austin Texas, there are swarms of coffee-fueled digital punters, battling long registration queues and trying to decide between a long program of competing speakers and panels. The keynote address delivered by Don Tapscott "Rethinking Civilisation for the Social Age". Was inspiring and dealt with a range of social themes around networked intelligence and finished with an awesome video of 'a murmur of starlings' - his grand metaphor for collective action.

Freedom underwent a rebrand in 2006. To coincide with the rebrand they also needed a new website that would present their current range and campaigns in an engaging way. Site design and information architecture. Card sorts with key stakeholders within Freedom resulted in an information architecture that was in line with Freedom's customer requirements of the site such as decorator ideas. In addition to the Freedom Website, I also designed the Freedom Gift Registry site.

Holden's challenge was to deliver integrated campaigns across all their customer channels, respond to customer requirements online and improve the user experience. From there, I was involved in ongoing site maintenance and campaigns including the launch of the Holden Cruze which was one of Australia's first truly integrated marketing campaign involving a range of above and below the line media and an online competition. Other online campaigns included the Statesman, the Caprice and the Combo.

The launch of the LaneCove Tunnel in 2007 represented the final stage of the Sydney orbital network of motorways. To coincide with the launch, RTA required an online application that would assist Sydney motorists in planning their trips using the motorways. Motorists needed to be educated about the tolls they would incur and how to enter and exit the motorways. Site design and interactive map.
