February 6, 2008. 1 lb of steak cut into little pieces (I used cubed steak last night but strip steak is good too). 1 green pepper sliced and diced into little pieces (you can add red and yellow peppers, too). 1 onion sliced and diced. 1 pkg brown gravy mix (powdered kind). 1 tbsp soy sauce (I use low sodium).
