Here is the recipe! 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts. 1 (75-ounce) bag bean thread noodles. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 (2-inch) piece ginger, minced. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1/2 cup minced onion. 1/2 cup minced celery. 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced on the diagonal. 1 cup chopped shiitake mushrooms. 3 teaspoons chili paste. 1 (3-inch) piece lemongrass, bruised with the back of a chef's knife.

I know one thing is that I've been getting even more obsessed with my obsessions, so a good friend of mine VERNON encouraged me to write a blog about them. And another friend EUAN said it was about time I wrote another blog, so this is especially for the both of you. My 1st obsession is green. More of a khaki green. Than a bottle gre.
