Inspired by a trip to my local Subway. I ordered my flatbread, perused the baked chip display and then my eyes landed on the cookie rack. Ah, beautiful, chewy, cookie babies. And I thought to myself, 'Self, you should make those cookies into a cupcake.'. They really did taste like the cookie. It was a good decision.

Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Running Up the Down Escalator. Not literally, not today at least. But yesterday I could have sworn that someone had put our entire life on one of those darn things, and it was definately going in the wrong direction.
