Live well, love well. Yep I know it’s been months. Tafe got hectic with the exhibition, Peonies were back in season so I snapped up a few bunches, Christmas happened with a feast of food and booze, I spent 3 days camping at Greenpatch, printed 60 odd tea towels, then January disappeared in a haze and now suddenly I’ve been back at Tafe 3 weeks already. Oh lordy. I’ll just bung up some piccies for you for a catch up. There’s wisdom in them thar biscuits. In 30 - the mother of all list's. And my fav….

Live well, love well. No more P’s get degrees! Very happy to have graduated last year with an overall Distinction. For the critics it’s the highest mark you can get :). The end of year exhibition was a tad daunting first time around but my designs were well received. This year’s is already in the planning and it will be a knock out! Live well, love well. Rock and Roll will never Die. Back in Jan I was privileged to see Alabama Shakes’ debut Australia show at the Metro in Sydney. An amazing band with incredible energy, it was like Janis Joplin was in the room when Brittany sang. We were jammed in right at the front of the energetic, dance-off crowd, what a killer show! That was Sat, Sun night it was all about Neil Young. A poetic, political and brilliant musician I’ve grown up listening to. Thanks to my folks! In Food, glorious food.

Live well, love well. In Food, glorious food. I wanted to bring a little country gardening to my city house by growing our own veges as we have a sun-trap wall perfect for tomatoes. The tubs overflowing with basil, parsley and mint are waiting for fresh tomatoes! I’ve even been counting them at night, and the next morning, gone.
