Monday, May 18, 2009. My first non-sport gig. I had my first non-sports gig last night, and after a slightly stressful (read: oh my god i was crapping my pants) beginining i absolutely loved it. The lighting was really low and strobey so getting that mix of sharp shots and moody long exposure shots was really tricky. I once read that photography satisfies the artistic side of a person who requires instant results and does not have the patience for painting. I think thats me in a nut shell.

I love photography, i love the simplicity of it, of capturing a mood in a shot. Its can be honest or it can be a story. I love capturing nature in its pure form, and trying to apply an emotion to it.
