In this blog post I will explore how a balance of the masculine and feminine energies support the birth process and allow women to reclaim their power in birth. Practice, practice, practice! The practice builds trust and then during labour and birth you don’t have to think about what you learned, you will just know. I take my power back. I honour my inner being. I reclaim my power.
