The Australians enforce compliance with small sustainability initiatives by charging shoppers for every plastic bag they require to carry their groceries. Although it is a small charge, $0.10 for a small bag or $0.20 for a large bag, it works! And you know what? What a cool way to address the same issue that we all face? And it really works! Although, I have found that the biggest adjustment I have had to make was the LEAST of my worries.The Australians talk faster than I do! I do not hesitate when I say that I am easily one of the fastest talkers in the States but I am no match for the Australians. But if that is the only issue I am currently dealing with.then I am in GOOD shape. :). I do, theyre so fun!

Some immediate differences between the American Universities and the Australian ones:. 1 In Australia, the classes only have 4 or so assessments (papers, test, group projects). There is no homework and it is assumed that the reading is done. Where at home we have reading quizzes and 10 or 15 assessments.
