A Thoughtful Gift…. Peas, Peas, and more Peas…. Friday, July 2, 2010. Peas, Peas, and more Peas…. Hopefully they will continue to produce and I can’t wait till they get big enough to eat. I hope they turn out to be really sweet. I found this recipe for a melon salad that I really want to try. I will have to post the recipe later. Here are some pictures of my gardens:. This was the raised garden not long after I planted it. This was part of the big garden. This is some of the sadandy peas.

Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Last Friday I showed my Aunt the new scarf I am working on and she suggested a new idea of how to crochet it and it probably makes more sense. Anyway, prior to her idea I was crocheting them horizontally, now I am crocheting them vertically and I like this much better. The design looks a little different but I think it looks better this way for a scarf. This is how I first started to do the scarf (horizontally):. Gluten Free Apple Crisp. Sun, 13th February, 2011. Being one who is gluten intolerant, I have to constantly search for substitutes for my favorite foods. I love apple pie - actually I love fruit pies better than cake, but it is very difficult to find something I like in the gluten-free category. So, tonight I am trying a new concoction that is my version of Apple Crisp. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day and I want a special dessert that I can share with my sweetie.
