在日本不論在哪個城市, 我都在追求要找到很好吃的和牛. 可惜不論在哪個日本城市, 找了很久一直都找不到期待已久的味道, 其中包括六歌仙. 很記得那一年從香港到了東京剛考完一個專業試, 朋友帶了我到六歌仙, 試過了但係都是不太特別. 今次到路過新宿東口鐵路站, 抱著不放棄的心態, 在商廈外面見到和牛廣告, 即管上樓一試, 好驚喜好好味! 位置在宿東南口出口不遠.不要過馬路, 一直沿著 JR 站走. 東京都新宿区新宿3-37-12 新宿NOWAビル5F. 見到樓下的 Kirin City 就是! 這張相是吃了幾片後才慌忙想起要影的. 右上角的白紙便是細心的店主張這九格 label 出來的. 可以選鹽味或醬油味. 我選了鹽味. 無期待之後吃了一口, 超好味的! 牛的味很鮮很有味, 即使我到過出味吃牛的飛彈, 特意叫 A5 級的, 也找不到這麼好吃的和牛! 本人基本上不寫港澳遊記，不過新澳門實在太多好餐館，今次來了位於氹仔的新濠鋒酒店帝影樓，任食火鍋包龍蝦、龍躉，大家都知啦，海鮮鍋這東西是越滾得久，湯底越變得鮮甜，很難抵擋跟大家分享這個引誘。 基本上帝影樓海鮮火鍋有任食有再另叫。今次主要的都是叫任食菜式，包括龍蝦、龍躉等。 不好意思，由於龍蝦實在太鮮美，今次龍躉、象牙蚌、肥牛都要借一借開。。。 每人一鍋，你可以選擇不同的養生湯底如竹絲雞、鮑魚作你的湯底。 終於等到主角龍蝦粉墨登場！ 可能是"貴菜"的關係，跟本上每次叫龍蝦都要等。 時間關係，龍蝦己事先 crack 好。本人應該吃了五只。 價位？688 mop 任食，另加一。有點貴？ 剛剛看到有信用咭做 promo, 五位送一位(201410). 曼谷 (一) - Siam、唐人街 : 按摩 街邊檔 泰菜. 挪威 - 極光之城.特羅姆瑟 Tromso. 馬爾代夫 Club Med 卡尼島 (Kani) 遊記. 墨西哥 - 坎昆 (Cancun) 遊. 由香港出發抵步巴黎 CDG 機場後, 再轉巴士到巴黎 Orly 機場坐皇家摩洛哥航空直航到馬拉喀什(Marrakesh). 今日天氣好好, 飛機經過西班牙上空時真是很美, 不難發現山頂上不同的教堂, 小鎮, 很有氣派! 期待已久終於飛到了直布羅陀海峽, 面對著這個出口大西洋的地中海, 想起由希臘古代到西葡航海時代不同的歷史, 身在此處真的覺得很 amazing! 飛機越近摩洛哥上空, 是一群延綿不很高的雪山, 本來以為只是區部地區性的地形, 但這個景觀一直向南伸展, 直到我到了馬拉喀什(Marrakesh), 依然像來了一趟雪山之旅. 正是這片高山阻擋了水份, 形成這種雪山加沙漠的勢, 都是那一句, 世界真的很大, 大得很多事物都是我們認知以外的, 很 amazing! Marrakesh 是摩洛哥從前的首都. 也是電影巴別塔背景. 雖然看過周海媚的向世界出發, 知道摩洛哥是有很多雪山, 但没想過今次那麼容易就來一個雪山之旅. 隨手一拍, 也可以有很 lonely planet 封面的感覺! 除了已提及過的 Tagine, 蝸牛, 羊肉, 也有很奪目的各類串燒. 我是在網上的皇家摩洛哥航空訂票的....

挪威 - 極光之城.特羅姆瑟 Tromso. 挪威 - 極光之城.特羅姆瑟 Tromso. 挪威小城特羅姆瑟(Tromso)是北極圈內第二大人口城市, 人口七萬. 今次慕名而來是為了每十一年循環裏的北極光活躍週期. 特羅姆瑟(Tromso)雖然位於北極圈以北350公里, 但受墨西哥海流影響, 即使在深冬, 小城溫度也能維持在零度附近. 當地人英文很好, 對交通規則執著, 勤力工作, 不管極光團或者餐館, 他們既誠實又 helpful! 十月尾到訪 Tromso, 唔. 這個時間有一點拿自己來開玩笑. 基本上秋季為 Tromso 雨季, 雖則未至於每天下雨, 但晚上看到厚厚的雲層對於看極光總是有點不是味兒. 十月的Tromso, 没有了夏天的綠草如茵和彩色小屋, 日照也很短. 這個我是一早知道的, 所以對旅程本身没抱太大期望, 打算來一個輕鬆很 hea的行程休休息每晚等極光好了. 誰知到了Tromso 後發現 Tromso及週邊很 surprise, 壯觀的峽灣遙望北極海, 漂亮的小鎮. 如果夏天再來一轉就好! 石垣 － 川平灣與 Manta 潛水. 石垣鳥除了石垣牛出名到在隔鄰的沖澠島都賣到開哂項，石垣還有兩樣「味自𠼦」的東西 － 堪稱世上最容易 spot 到 manta ray (蝠魟) 的川平灣，與及石垣島的漫天星宿。為了不枉難得香港有直航機開航石垣島，心怕這樣冷門的地方可能直航會維持不久，manta 可一不可.
