Turns out we can't ever truly stop a behavior that is a habit, we can only replace it. Preferably with a healthy one. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it. That little concept really gets the gray matter squashing around, doesn't it? You can just make out the hawk on the left and the nest in the upper crook of the branches.

May 16, 2014. 2-3 T cream ( or whatever makes the consistency you want). 1/2 t vanilla extract. 1 1/4 c flour ( I like to mix in a little flax meal as well). 1/4-1/2 c chocolate chips (depending on who is measuring, I go for 1/4 and my daughter goes for 1/2). 1/4 c chopped raw walnuts or pecans.
