Sunday, November 6, 2011. She wanted to be checked so we did and found her cervix to be posterior and 1 cm. So we thought it was a warm up and assumed baby would be coming but just not sure when. She was tired and thought she would get to bed for some sleep. I went home and did the same. I arrive to a very pale faced grandma and dad, but a smiling mom and a crying baby! Saturday, June 25, 2011. Another Birth Adventure MRS. Gushy. We discussed options since her water was broke and no contractions. The parents decided to go to the Birth Inn and try to sleep, if labor doesn't start during the night then we will try some natural alternatives to stimulate contractions in the morning. Sunday, August 8, 2010. My new assistant is now getting nervous so she text's me as mom throws up. Christy gets her in the tub.as I'm pulling up she says "it's burning". We get mom back to the bed because we want her on her side for a slow controlled delivery to help preserve her perineum, (otherwise a water birth would have been great)!
