Last tip, eat before you drink any amount! While on the hike I was glad I had done my homework on core strength, and stretch for hikers. I was also glad that my pack didn’t weigh once ounce more! If I could have however, I would have loved to have a roller in the hostels awaiting my arrival! If any of you ever wants to hear more details of The Camino, I never get tired of talking about it!
