After getting back from WI, I was able to be home for a while and lucky for us, our great buddies from Santa Barbara had come into town. It was fun to get out on some great rides with them! Went out for my second short track race this year. I moved up one place! This time I was pretty warm. I think I need to do a little more high intensity in my warm ups because I didn't feel "great" until about lap 3 (20 minutes into the race). My sister comes to all my races (best cheerleader ever! 24 hours 28 min and 55 sec of Moab. I've been wanting to do this race for a while, and finally I got a chance this year. I think doing the 24 hours of Moab.
