. . . and she’s back! | Linen Stitcher
https://linenstitcher2.wordpress.com/2012/04/26/and-shes-back
A blog about stitching and not much else! Stash for Sale or Trade. And she’s back! Posted April 26, 2012. Filed under: Carriage House Samplings. OK, I’m not going to kid myself that anyone still has my blog loaded in their Google Reader or that they’ll even notice that, after an extended absence, I’m updating my poor neglected blog. In my last post, I said I’d be back. I just didn’t mention that it would take eight months. So what have I been up to? I finished it just yesterday. That was a long year!

http://stitchingwithaview.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
I Do Love to stitch! Wednesday, July 27, 2011. A walk on the beach. I'm so bad about blogging.but I will try to update you. I've been doing lots of singing and trying to keep up with my stitching. Anne a fellow stitcher. The water was lovely and warm. A young walking friend. The weather has been so hot I finally went out walking the last couple of days. Yesterday a friend ( Anne) called and she and I walked on the beach not 4 min. from where we live. We are so fortunate. Yippee I love how it looks! Wow i...

Reflections of a Desert Rat: June 2013
http://azstitcher.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Reflections of a Desert Rat. Sunday, June 30, 2013. I'm Kind Of Sad. Because they rely very heavily on the Internet. Of course, they have good service and lots of stuff that make our hearts go crazy. But I really believe what helps them thrive is the Internet. Nothing wrong with that but it does make it hard for the smaller shops to compete. So I think the wave of the future is a number of what I will call mega-LNS's with some smaller ones scattered around. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Lord of the Rings.

Stitching, Knitting and a book….or two! Laquo; Care Packages. RIP Malcolm John 11/4/41 – 23/2/09. February 25, 2009 by ausxser. Today, I learned that my biological father passed away suddenly at the age of 67 years. I’d only met him a few times, but I was aware that I had half sisters and brothers somewhere. I didn’t expect to feel so devastated. On Friday I will attend his funeral in Hobart and there I will at least see 7 new family members – brothers and sisters – who knows how it will go? I’m so...

Stitching, Knitting and a book….or two! I stitched….oh yes I did…. March 8, 2009 by ausxser. I had a lovely visit with Marg (who still doesn’t have a blog) and Barb yesterday, nice bit of lunch, some drooling over stitching and lovely conversation! There just aren’t two nicer people in the whole world! I’m so glad they visited. All three of us have fallen in love with this little fella. Natural silk that I picked up in an odds and ends basket one day and was wondering what I’d do with it. Sometimes Tanni...

Stitching, Knitting and a book….or two! Laquo; I stitched….oh yes I did…. January 1, 2010 by ausxser. This year for the first time in many – I didn’t have a gig. It’s no secret that 2009 was a less than fabulous year for me, my family and loads of my friends, but there is so much on the agenda for 2010 already that I can’t help but be excited. I bit the bullet at the end of 2009 and started work on my album. A huge step, and you can read about it over here…. Shawl for Louise for Christmas. While I wouldn...

She also was on a hunt for me and found this VERY pretty scissor frog for me.she has a good way with the store owner and got me a good deal! So I've added my scissors to it and love the look. I love it soooo much! Mom enjoyed having just a small do with just her family! It was a wonderful dinner! Becky K in OK.

Stitchy Minds Think Alike: Spring has sprung? Not where I live.
http://stitchymindsthinkalike.blogspot.com/2014/03/spring-has-sprung-not-where-i-live.html
Stitchy Minds Think Alike. Thursday, 20 March 2014. Not where I live. Happy First Day of Spring? Of course 03/20/2014 marks the official start of Spring but here in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada we are getting more weather coming. It has been a long one. Feels like forever since we wore short sleeves and sandals. This picture captures my every feeling of weather related issues right now. Used DMC 823 for the border instead of suggested Gold Kreinik. I love how it turned out! Of course, I have been worki...
