It was not what I expected, nevertheless it was still a pretty fun time. My mom and Aunt Lynn came. The dress is almost a perfect fit, just needs to be taken in in a few spots, and the bustle made…fitting number two on May 24th! Not much else to report in the ways of the wedding. Sunday, August 16, 2015. Hailey- 3 months old! Hailey Kate is 3 months old today! We didn’t have a doctor’s appointment this month so I don’t know how much little missy weighs (or her height) but I’m guessing she’s somewhere around 12lbs, maybe? Hailey's hair is starting to become patchy with a few bald spots in the back. Dienstag, 12. Januar 2016. 12 von 12 im Januar 2016. Bevor alle anderen wach sind setze ich mich kurz an die Tagesplanung und trinkte schon mal eine Tasse Kaffee - die Ruhe morgens tut mir sehr gut! Sobald die Kinder wach sind geht es dann rund - Schulbrote machen, anziehen, Frühstücken und ab in die Schule - heute wegen eines verstauchten Zehs ausnahmsweise mit dem Auto. Da ich heute erst spät arbeiten muss kann ich in Ruhe frühstücken und Zeitung lesen nachdem alle aus dem Haus sind. Labels: 12 von 12.

Sunday, April 8, 2012. Bird Sighting: Tiny Figures. Growing up my great grandma always had these wonderful bird figurines all over her home. She was especially partial to the cobalt blue translucent ones that seemed to glow as they perched on her window sill. When she passed my grandmother (aka Nana) made sure I had a few of the little birds to remember her by. Also, one of the reasons I have my nickname, Katie Bird. Links to this post.
