Sunday, August 17, 2014. 1 I took a Top 10 vacay last week. Ryan and I spent the weekend in Birmingham, I had a CEU course. It was great to get away, but being in class all weekend after working all week is exhausting. 2 While in Birmingham, I got to see my beautiful and amazing friend, Drea. You know how you have those people in your life who you can pick right up with like no time has passed? That would be this girl. Thanks for the good times, Goose! 6 So we all know snowballs are delicious, right?

Sunday, April 28, 2013. Finding meals to cook that are healthy and easy can be challenging. We have found a few staples lately that we love. Season your chicken as desired and grill or back. Top with hummus, bruschetta, and black olives. For my bruschetta, I toss tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, salt and pepper together. This tastes great with roasted carrots! Monday, September 16, 2013. To Paleo or not. It's no secret that I love to cook. And I love to eat. I really just love food in general. After Hayes was born, I started caring about what I was eating and more specifically, what Hayes was eating. Nothing makes you want to get healthy more than having a tiny person you are responsible for. After making some positive changes to our diet, I noticed a weight loss and energy increase without adding exercise to my day. Who doesn't love losing weight, right?

We headed out to my grandparents' house in the country for an afternoon full of good food, family, baby kitties, exploring, and more good food. I picked up these adorable "Be Brave" shirts for the boys from Miss Persnickety Joon's. In West Monroe. There was a great piece in my latest Bayou Life. We all know Keller likes to eat.
