Saturday, January 8, 2011. Turns out when you have a newborn, time flies. i literally look at the clock for the first time, and it's 2pm. here are some pics to of the past month. 40 weeks and about to pop. I was scheduled to be induced at 7am, but my sweetie listened to her momma and started the labor on her own the night before. 16hr labor, 3.5 hours of pushing,lots of stitches, and she finally arrived. Cord cutting and all! 9days old julie ellsworth took these darling photos. Tatttered but in heaven.

Sunday, April 22, 2012. Before and After Pics. It just took one. Last September I uploaded all the pictures from our Grand Canyon trip, and started clicking through. When scrolling down, this particular picture stopped me dead in my tracks. I stared at my computer, and thought who is that? I didn't even recognize myself. Wednesday, August 10, 2011. School's back in sesh. Halelujah. I think I'm the only momma out there that is ecstatic (I've patiently waited 12 years for this day), however. my kids were just as stoked. Like, as in, couldn't-fall-asleep-til-2-in-the-morning-stoked. Don't get me wrong. We had a very fun-filled summer. I only heard the words "I'm bored" just a handful of times. But it was time.
